RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your purchase from Neotez, we will gladly refund you for your purchase. You have 14 days to return your product to us from the date it was received. Kindly make sure you have the following to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  2. All accessories and bundled products that are part of the order as listed in the invoice must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  3. A valid proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may result in refund delays or the product(s) to be shipped back to you.

Yes, proof of purchase is required for any return and refunds.

Pack the product(s) for return/refund securely in the original packaging that the product came in, to protect them from any damage when they are shipped back to us.

Kindly take a picture of the damaged part of the original packaging and send it to us. Our support team will guide you on the repackaging of the product for return.
